MARIA “DAISY” ESPINOZA- ENRIQUEZ

Maria "Daisy" Espinoza - Enriquez co-founded Tax Corner along with husband Enrique Enriquez. But despite being one of the two founders of the company which started operating in 1987, Daisy only became involved with the company full time in 1996, at that point in time already armed with a highly improved business management skills after years of experience working for many different reputable companies.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license holder which she earned after getting her degree in Bachelor of Science major in Accounting from University of Santo Tomas in 1980, she also attended the University of Santo Tomas Masters in Business Administration program for two years.

Daisy migrated to the United States in 1984. In the US, she was able to land a job in a bank, acting in different capacities ranging from teller to customer service and later as the company's bookkeeper.

Daisy worked as an assistant controller and then later as controller for Avco, Inc. and Frassetto Contruction Co., Inc. before finally joining Tax Corner in a full time capacity.

Daisy was her husband's better half in more ways than one, acting not just as the half of the life-long partnership blessed by the sacrament of matrimony which started from the day the couple exchanged vows, but as the partner as well in many different companies the couple has founded over the years.

1987 saw the birth of the husband and wife team of Ricky and Daisy Enriquez's brainchild, the E. G. Enriquez & Co., commonly known as Tax Corner, an accounting and tax preparation company that is currently holding office in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

This was followed by the couple's founding of Global Access Staffing Services, Inc. in 1999. Global Access Staffing Services, Inc. is a recruitment company specializing in hiring nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists. Four years later, Daisy teamed up with her husband again in the creation of the Family Home Loan Center, Inc. in 2003. Daisy serves as a licensed mortgage broker for Family Home Loan Center, a mortgage company.

Daisy's multi-faceted career capabilities showed another part by serving realty company Eagle Quest Realty, Inc. as the financial officer. Eagle Quest Realty, Inc. is another one of the Enriquez couple's many business ventures which they themselves founded.

Aside from attending to the businesses the couple founded, Daisy is also an active member of the Filipino Apostolate of St. John the Evangelist and the Filipino American Association of Bergenfield, Inc.
